1 Blouses are back!
Girlie dressing is back in style blousy in ruffles, frills and fancy neck-ties. The sleeves are unique, maybe a little blouson with gathering at shoulders. Not luxurious fabrics? Choose your slinky tops with bare shoulders and / or bare backs. Waist can be loose or set. Tops can be plain or decorated.

2 Bags with structure.

3 Updated equipment.
Find hip shifted bands (they can be glitzy), super thin to 2 "-3" thick. Pick up a pair of large framed sunglasses with a color tint lenses.
